Recreation area at the edge of the pond, with lawn, pier for boats and descent. Pool overlooking pond, hot tub and heated whirlpool with chromotherapy, wet sauna, large deck with ground fire for cold nights and glazing lounge to enjoy the view of the pond.

Guests can enjoy a large kitchen, living room with cable TV and collection of DVDs Mezzanine with several books and magazines, all in an integrated environment and warm.

The property is eco conscious. In its construction were used various materials from demolition. There collecting rainwater for the plants, cleaning of sidewalks and use the lavatories, floor drainage features, fruit trees, garden teas and spices.

It also has space that can prepare gourmet meals subject.
