Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This villa is beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you will need for your vacation stay.

This spacious villa has over 1700 sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths in a split layout and a den/extra bedroom (2 twin beds). The master suite has sliders to the lanai and the bath has double sinks, walk in tile shower and oversize soaking tub. Both bedrooms have queen beds.

The screened lanai is very private and overlooks a wooded area.

This beautiful property is located in a gated community that features a 27 hole championship golf course. The rental includes access to the fitness center, lap pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse which has dining open to the public. Pelican Pointe Golf and Country Club, a privacy gated community, has been voted the most desirable community for over the past four years.

Venice is 20 minutes to Sarasota, 1 hour to Tampa or Fort Myers and 2 1/2 hours to Orlando. Our beaches are fabulous as is the quaint downtown area of Venice. You'll no doubt fall in love with this area. I hope you enjoy my home as much as I do.

Why The Owner chose Plantation

I first came to Venice in the 90's and just fell in love with the area. I love the quain downtown and the proximity to other places. It is centrally located so easy to get most anywhere from here.
