(110 hectares) This restored farmhouse consists of two buildings; the first one has two apartments (Il Ramo and La Foglia) and the second one is the owner’s own holiday home along with a studio apartment (Il Fiore). The estate is surrounded by olive groves and fields as well as a garden filled with flowers and trees. Each apartment features a private terrace with a table and chairs. There is a shared swimming pool (12m x 6m) and Jacuzzi (2m x 2m) located 50 meters from the apartments. A dirt road of about one kilometer leads to the estate and several outdoor parking spaces are located 20 meters from the apartments.
Il Ramo (180m2) Ground floor: A spacious entryway leads to a living room with an original stone fireplace, couches, satellite TV, and DVD player. There is a dining room with a table and chairs and a kitchen that is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet. First floor: A staircase leads up to a sunroom with a couch that overlooks the surrounding wheat fields and olive groves. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom (five steps higher) with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. The second bedroom each has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. La Foglia (175m2) Ground floor: There is a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and DVD player. The dining room has a table and chairs as well as French doors leading outside to a courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. First floor: A staircase leads up to three bedrooms, each facing Mount Amiata. The first and second bedrooms each have a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. There are two bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. Il Fiore (30m2) Ground floor: This studio features a combined living and dining area with a couch, satellite TV, a table with chairs, and a 160 cm queen-sized bed. There is a kitchen corner with a cook-top, oven, and microwave. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. French doors open to a small terrace that is furnished with a table, chairs, and barbecue.
