Brand New cute apartment in the heart of Key Biscayne, the Island Paradise.

Is a fully equipped, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit in a small building surrounded by tropical garden, just steps from the beach and next to the Village Green.

The apartment can easily accommodate 3 people and has been totally renovated in 2012. It features a spacious 1 bedroom, a nice bathroom, a full kitchen and multiple amenities that makes it more than an apt for rent, it's a tiny HOME where you will feel totally at ease. Its coziness and beachy feeling make it the perfect nest to visit and enjoy Key Biscayne and Miami area.

Amenities: we offer a personal wireless fast internet connection, 2 flat screens TV (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) with cables, a land line telephone with US calls free, Nespresso Coffee and capsules, a Bose sound system with I-pod platform, a queen size bed with a very comfortble pillowtop mattress, luxury linens, beach towels and umbrella, new magazines, basic grocery, iron & iron board, hairdryer and much more. The building has a swimming pool, washer and dryer, private access to the beach 24/7 and a private parking. Golf Cart available upon request.

It has been rated one of the most luxurious zip code in US, home of many celebrities and preferred retreat for all those attracted by a peaceful island, with no crime and still very close to Miami. Its Rickenbacker causeway brings you in only 8 minutes to Brickell, in 15 minutes to Downtown Miami, in 20 minutes to Miami International Aiport, Coconut Grove and South Beach.

It is the perfect place to relax and recharge.

The Village Green Park with its jogging path, and kids playground is just steps from the apartment, as well as Winn Dixie supermarket, and the 3 malls with fine dining, grocery stores, every kind of shops you can imagine, pharmacy, bike rentals, everything you need is at walking distance. The Miami Seaquarium, Virginia Key, Cape Florida Lighthouse Park and Crandon Park, are just few of the wonderful places where you can spend some fun time.

We stayed here for five days, and really enjoyed the space. It's comfortable and very homey. The owners clearly spent time making sure the apartment was livable, as there were little touches like dish soap and a sponge, aloe lotion, a variety of kitchen tools etc that tend to be missing in these kinds of places. The apartment is very centrally located, so you can easily walk to a number of restaurants, bars and stores, and the residents-only beach is a 5 minute drive (and it's a great beach at that!). Considering how expensive everything else is on the island (the apartment is surrounded by multimillion dollar homes), this place was a great deal. Would definitely rent here again.

This cute apartment was perfect for our stay in Key Biscayne. It was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities plus some little bonuses such as beach bags, dishwashing soap, and a clean usable closet which help make for a pleasant and easy stay. We didn't use the pool as we are beach bums but it looked clean. The owner, Veronica, was extremely nice, helpful and accessible which is a huge plus. She provided a booklet, as well as telling us in person upon arrival, explaining how to get to the beaches, which restaurants are recommended, etc.
I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends, especially since it's affordable on top of being cute and clean.

great home away from home

Everything was exactly as it looks in the pictures. We had a car but didn't need one- lots of restaurants, grocery, drug store, all within walking distance. We really enjoyed the beach as well as the parks at the north and south ends of the island. We're looking forward to going back and would definitely stay at the Beach Casita!
