(3.5 acres) This lovely two story Andalucia villa rental has its own entrance and pretty garden with lawn, shade trees, and a swimming pool that is open all year round (15m x 6m x 1.5m deep). The covered dining terrace leads directly out from the kitchen and has lounge chairs and a table perfect for cocktails before dinner at the dining table which seats 10 people comfortably. There is private parking outside of the front gate.

The house has overhead fans in every room to cool the house during the summer and central heating to warm the house during the winter. Ground Floor: The front door of the villa leads into a large entrance hall with a marble staircase leading to the first floor. The 15m living room is entered from the entrance hall through double sliding doors. This room is light and airy with large picture windows, a large open fireplace and 3 large comfortable sofas and armchair with foot stool. There is a large flat screen TV and an extensive library of books, CDs, and DVD's (not to be removed from the house), plus a top-of-the-line music system.
