(1200 sq ft) This villa is perched on a hillside 110 feet above Dreekets Bay and offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Comprised of three independent pavilions, this property is surrounded by a private garden full of papayas, passion fruits, bananas, and lemon and lime trees for guests to enjoy. One side of the villa's Main Pavilion has glass doors opening directly to a balcony whereas the other side opens directly to the pool courtyard with a hammock, private swimming pool (40ft x 6ft), and Jacuzzi. There are also sun loungers and an umbrella nearby that face the sea. Next to one of the bedroom pavilions is an external shower. The property is situated behind an electronic gate and parking is available within the property grounds. Please be aware that a staircase leads down from the parking area to the villa's three pavilions.
(1600 sq ft) Main Pavilion Main level: There is a combined living and dining room with couches (one of which is a sofa bed suitable for one), satellite TV, and a table. One side of the room has sliding glass doors that open directly to a balcony and the other side has doors that open directly to the pool courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher as well as a bar with stools. Bedroom Pavilions 1 and 2 These pavilions are situated on either side of the Main Pavilion and are accessible via an external walkway. Main level: Each bedroom pavilion has a king-sized bed, a loft (accessible from a pull-down wooden ladder) with a double bed (which is comfortable for one and cozy for two), and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
