The villa's main sitting and dining room leads out to a covered gallery overlooking Peter Bay. It has a sitting area with couches and chairs on one side and a dining area with a table and chairs on the other side. A wrap-around balcony surrounds three sides of the gallery. The first side features a gas barbecue and wine cooler, the second has two steps leading down to the private swimming pool (10ft x 30ft) with a sun deck and sun loungers, and the third has a short stone staircase that leads down to a Jacuzzi. A few more steps from this area lead down to a secluded waterfront terrace overlooking Peter Bay's coral reef and then on to a private terrace just 10 feet above the ocean. The property is situated behind an electronic gate and parking is available within the grounds.

There is an office with a desk and a kitchen equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms on this level, each with a queen-sized bed, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with an alfresco shower (open-air, but completely private). Main level: A small staircase of six steps lead down to a large room with a sitting area on the left with couches, chairs, and satellite TV, and a dining area on the right with a table and chairs. This room has French doors opening to the covered gallery. Lower level: A staircase from the dining area leads down to one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Ground level: A staircase leads down to one bedroom with a king-sized bed, access to a large wrap-around balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
