The second bedroom is a children’s bedroom with two single beds (80 cm). This children’s bedroom leads off from the double bedroom through a low doorway and has a low ceiling as it is under the eaves of the roof. An open staircase leads to the sitting/reading room. The open staircase is not suitable for the very young or the very old. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and sink. Gite: The gite is a French holiday home or guest room. This one is located on the ground floor of the villa and has a separate exterior entrance. The gite has a standard double bed (140 cm) that is cozy for two and more comfortable for one. It also has a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a kitchenette corner for light meals.

The villa is located in the countryside, off of a short section of even, but unpaved road.
