So, you want to be located on the coast in a charming town?? Well, do we have the house for you!! Located right in the popular coastal resort town of Forte dei Marmi, this villa is just the place for a family or two couples. There are even three bikes available for quick rides into the center of town for some groceries or a glass of wine in one of the many outside cafes. The beach, as well as many wonderful shops, is within walking distance.
A two-story house, this small villa has a protected terrace with table and chairs for dining al fresco. From the terrace are views of the Apuan Alps. There is a little tower in front which houses a bedroom and bathroom. Included in the rental price is the use of a sun umbrella and sun chairs at the local beach club of the beautiful Bagno Vasco. There is parking for one car.
(100 m2) The house has lots of windows and is light and airy. Ground Floor: The villa opens up into a living room with satellite TV. It has a kitchenette and a dining area with a table and chairs. There are two sets of French doors; one opens to Via Piave and the second opens onto the back courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a cook top, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. First Floor: Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers are located on this floor. One of the bedroom has a queen-size bed (170 cm; can be separated upon prior request) and the other bedroom has two narrow twin beds (80 cm; most suitable for young people). These beds can be combined to form a queen-size bed upon prior request. Little Tower: There is a very charming bedroom with bunk beds (80 cm), most appropriate for young people. There is also an en suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom has access to the terrace.
