Living / Dining Area - Entering the home, guests will be greeted with beautiful wood floors and a charming dining table that seats 6 – perfect for enjoying meals together. Two archways lead into a cozy living room with comfortable seating and plenty of windows – an ideal spot to curl up with a book, or relax after an afternoon stroll on the beach.

Kitchen - Preparing home-cooked meals will be a breeze in the galley-style, fully equipped kitchen. Off of the kitchen, guests will find a mud room with a washer & dryer. Ideal for doing a load after beach-combing and tide pooling.

Bed & Bath - After a long day of exploring all the fun to be had in Newport, guests will drift off to sleep in two comfortable rooms.

Bedroom 1: Full size bunk bed over a queen with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower over tub.

Upstairs Bedroom 2: Queen en-suite with walk-in shower. Enjoy direct access to the deck – the perfect spot to savor a quiet cup of coffee with an ocean view, or unwind with a glass of wine before heading downtown for dinner. Comfortable and charming!

This Newport home was perfect for our small family getaway weekend at the coast. Cozy beds, well-appointed kitchen, and charming coastal decor. Everything was in good working order and very clean, and there were plenty of books and puzzles to keep us entertained on rainy evenings. The home is a super quick walk from Nye Beach’s main drag but it is up a good-sized hill, just something to keep in mind if you have wheelchair or stroller users in your party. We had a great time!

Mini Vacation with daughter, daughter in law and grandsons

We could have not been happier. The house was immaculate. The location allowed us quick access to Newport and to Nye Beach. Everything we needed was in the house, beds, bedding, kitchen essentials, washer dryer, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. There were puzzles, games, crayons, paper and books. The view from the upper deck off the top floor bedroom was lovely. We slept comfortably and the furnishings were cozy and well decorated. We hope to come again, as this was such a wonderful, comfortable and well appointed home.
