On the island of Sardinia, this semi-detached villa in a residential neighborhood is a wonderful option for a family’s seaside vacation. Within walking distance to Porto Cervo and its marvelous beach, there is much to see and do from this villa, including waterskiing, scuba diving, fine dining and of course, shopping!

This villa is situated within a holiday development with thirteen terraced or detached villas. It shares a large (10,000 m2) garden and a swimming pool (17 x 8 m, 100 - 230 cm deep, Open June 1 – September 30). Private to the villa is a large furnished garden and a BBQ with views over the sea. There is a garage with parking for 3 cars. Next to the property there is a transit road and a bus parking lot.

(150 m2) The combined living and dining room features Satellite TV, panoramic windows and sliding doors leading to the patio. An open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and freezer. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm). The second and third bedroom each has a set of twin beds (90 cm). There are three bathrooms each with showers.

Porto Cervo and Porto Rontondo attract people from around the world. The sea is great for snorkeling and scuba diving. Small villages such as Posada are havens to flamingos and ashen herons. It is possible to explore by horseback or canoe. Typical dishes of the area include “suppa cuata”, a soup hidden by a layer of cheese, lobster cooked with Vernaccia wine, “ziminio” (fish soup) and “mazzafrissa”, fried semolina. Please note: For arrivals after 7:00 PM, an agreement must be made AT LEAST 3 days before arrival, with a fee of 30 Euros, to be paid upon arrival. Children and infants must be included in the total number of the people allowed to stay in the property.The owner lives on the same grounds. .

This villa is within walking distance of Porto Cervo, one of the top destinations on the Costa Smeralda. The marina, with its shops and restaurants, is home to the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda. Walk to the end of the marina to find luxury yachts undergoing repair! The Hotel Cala di Volpe, which has the 7th most expensive hotel suites in the world, was featured in the 1977 James Bond Film, The Spy Who Loved Me. Take a day trip to nearby Palau where you’ll find sandy beaches and lively ports. Take a boat trip to the archipelago of Maddalena or learn how to sail through the crystal blue sea. Keep an eye out for the famous bear cliff, a huge granite rock 122 meters high which, over the years, has been formed into the shape of a bear by the island’s weather!
