(30 hectares) Situated on a large estate, this villa is surrounded by citrus groves, olive groves, and rolling Sicilian hills. The accommodation is comprised of two parts: a main house and a cottage which are separated by a covered walkway/room with a ping pong table. Just outside this room is a covered patio with a table and chairs. There is also a barbecue and a private above-ground swimming pool (6m x 3m). Please be aware that an unpaved and narrow road of one kilometer leads to the property. Covered parking is available within the grounds.

There is a second bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Cottage Ground floor: The entrance opens to a combined living and dining room with a couch and a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top and oven. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have a 160 cm queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has two 90 cm single beds (which can be connected upon prior request). The first and second bathrooms each have a sink, toilet, and shower and the third bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower.
