There is a fenced garden with plants and flowers, private swimming pool (4m x 9m) and an outside shower. A covered terrace with barbecue area is ideal for relaxing by the pool. There are deck chairs and garden furniture. Guests can park in the garage.

This light and bright room features a large couch, armchair, open fireplace, satellite TV, table with seating for six and doors out to the terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and microwave. On this floor are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two 85 cm single beds. One bathroom has a sink, bidet, WC and shower. There is also another separate WC.
