Ocean View!! Pool,Tennis ,2BR/2b with New Kitchen - 5th Floor

This particular condo is the perfect location. It has a great view of the ocean, and Ocean Blvd. This place is located next to an amusement and water park, and it’s a short walk to the beach, just across the street. You can rent bikes and scooters nearby. We discovered a coffee house, small grocer, and 2 ice cream parlors within a block. We were pleasantly surprised that there were beach chairs and boogie boards supplied in the condo! We also were happy to see that we did not have to buy paper products. There were plenty of towels, a full size washer/dryer, and a full kitchen which is a plus for a family. There are plenty of places within walking distance for breakfast (Denny’s) lunch (sandwich shop right next door), and dinner if you don’t have a car. Thorny’s Steak House was right behind us on highway 17 and was excellent, and there is also small pizza place and Italian restaurant on 17 within walking distance. We saw a trolley go by several times on Ocean Blvd. For adults, there are small Tiki Bars at various resorts on the beach. We are walkers, so a stroll on the boardwalk to the downtown area was nice…it’s a bit of a hike, but well worth it. However, If you have small kids, you might want to drive to the downtown area. The owner was very easy to work with, and his condo was by far the least expensive, and in my opinion offered the best view! The pool was well maintained and not crowded as you see at the resorts. It was very clean, and the complex was very quiet The décor may be a bit outdated, and there are a few cosmetic things that could to be fixed, but the unit itself was clean! We will most likely recommend this unit to our friends and we will rent from this owner again.
