Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 10-12)

All the convenience of a condominium with all the luxuries of a world class hotel. Our three bedroom condominium (completed in summer 2006) is located on South International Drive in Orlando's newest condominium/hotel complex. The 22,000 square foot Welcome Center includes check-in facilities, concierge, restaurant, market, game room and toddler play area. Just outside is an over-size swimming pool with water jet playscape fountains, beach and wading area for your kids. A smaller more private pool for the adults is located on the opposite side of the facility.

The luxuriously furnished condominium is a large 1400 square feet. The master suite is furnished with a king-size bed, large screen TV and private hot tub. The other two bedroom are furnished with two double beds each and have their own TVs.

The living room is furnished with over-stuffed chairs, a queen-sized pull-out sofa, large flat screen TV and stereo system. The full kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Linens and towels are provided. Daily maid service is available.

Our condominium is only 12 miles from the Orlando Airport and close to all of the area's attractions (Disney - five miles, Sea World - two miles, Convention Center - two and a half miles and the Premium Outlet Mall - 1 mile). The International Drive Trolley stops at the front door and provides easy access to Sea World, the Convention Center, the Premium Outlet Mall and shopping for groceries and other essentials.
