The villa, owned by a famous film producer, is made up of a 17th century villa and an ancient farmhouse with outbuildings. Set on a hill with beautiful and extensive views, this ancient villa is well located for visiting the charming and medieval towns of Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, and Florence.
At the guest’s disposal is a large and beautiful swimming pool (20 x 10 m, max depth 3 m, Open April –October) and a large terraced garden with furniture. There are also dressing rooms with toilets, showers and a sauna, a bar, stereo system, a pergola and gazebo, a BBQ and wood oven next to the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and table tennis. The back side of the villa with its century old trees is equipped with teak tables and chairs with two large sun umbrellas and sofas. Access to the villa is through a well-kept unpaved road of 2.8 km.

First Floor: There is a wonderful living-room with fireplace and a large, imperial dining table to seat 30, reading room with Satellite TV, rooms with billiard, roulette, game-room, and table tennis, "Rachel" twin-bedded room with private bathroom with shower. Second Floor: On this floor you will find "Napoleone Rossa" a twin-bedded-room with private bathroom, Suite "Napoleone Gialla" twin-bedded room passage-way room with two day beds that can be used for sleeping if required and private bathroom, double bedroom with private bathroom, kitchenette with small refrigerator and electric burners, "Alcova" is a junior suite with double bedroom and living area with private bathroom, "Liberty" suite with double bedroom, passage-way room with two day-beds that can be used for sleeping if required with private bathroom. Third Floor:On the third floor there is "Mansarda Rosa" and "Mansarda Celeste," two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, gym, sauna, "Waterloo" twin-bedded room with private bathroom with two showers. The Barn: In the bard there is a double bedroom, living-room with one day-bed that can be used for sleeping if necessary and a private bathroom. La Scuola: Two entrances: first entrance on the left "Camera dei Ragazzi" double bedroom with bathroom; on the right side "Camera Rosa" double bedroom with private toilet and shared bathroom with "Camera dei Ragazzi". Second entrance: suite "Fiori di Pesco" a living room with two day-beds that can be used for sleeping if necessary and double bedroom with private bathroom. Basement Level:Accessed by walking down a spiral staircase you will find a a private projection room with 30 seats decorated with red leather sofas and chairs, and equipped with a projector and dolby surround-sound system with DVD player (European format) and popcorn machine. Guests have free access to the cinema and are free to bring their own DVDs or rent them in Volterra.
