Cottage, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-5)

If you would like to look at a spectacular sunrise in the morning and a sky that feels so close that you can touch every star in the evening, then you will enjoy our special place on Lake Michigan. It has been our summer getaway since the 80's and now that our children are grown and spread out across the globe, we are finally willing to share our jewel with others. Quiet, private, peaceful, and contemplative. It is truly a gem. We are approximately 45 minutes north of Milwaukee, and 15 miles south of Sheboygan. For golf enthusiasts, Whistling Straits and Blackwolf Run are very nearby. The beach enables you to walk for miles, but for those who are more sedentary, our private sandy beach will allow you hours of swimming and sunning enjoyment. We have two decks, one in front, which overlooks Lake Michigan, and the other in back, overlooking a wooded area. If you enjoy bonfires on the beach and searching for constellations at night , this is the place for you!

Had a great visit, the Lake was pristine clear and warm, the beach was clean, the weather in August was cooler, which we like. We enjoyed the attractive well furnished house.

A great vacation

What a peaceful vacation. We got up early a few days to watch the sunrise - it was just beautiful. Even my 22 year old son (who usually likes to sleep in) got up for it! Having dinner in the dining room and watching the moonrise over the lake.........A great library for a great read on the beach. We even used the telescope. Nancy the owner is great to work with and answered all our questions. It's close enough to Milwaukee and Sheboygan for those who are looking for some night life. We enjoyed visiting the American Club and checking out the Kohler Idea center. We will definately be back!

I Love Lake Michigan!

I love this cottage on the lake. We spent a wonderful week sunbathing, kayaking, riding bikes and eating. It is intimate, clean, well-organized and well-equipped. Mesmerizing views of the lake and a cozy wooded setting.
