There are three separate groupings of villa rentals on this vast estate. Each of the accommodations have been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. Each group has its own pool and shared laundry facilities. While they are located on the same estate, they are not close together, but can be accessed by a short drive by car. One farmhouse is divided into four apartments (Krizia, Versace, Missoni, Max Mara); another is divided into 3 apartments (Prada, Valentino, Armani) with a nearby farmhouse (Gucci); the third is a large villa (Dolce and Gabbana) which can be divided into two separate accommodations each sleeping 8), along with Soprani, a small farmhouse next to the villa. The beautiful swimming pools, open from early May to late October, equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and chaises are surrounded by lawn and vineyards. The property enjoys a tranquil spot with magnificent views. There is a plenty of parking available.

The dining room has seating for up to 18 people. The adjacent kitchen has a large refrigerator, a large gas cook top with 6 burners, an electric oven, a microwave, and dishwasher. There is a second dining room with seating for 12 and access to a patio with barbecue. The ground floor bedrooms include two twin-bedded rooms, one with an ensuite bathroom (with tub and fixed shower head) and the other with a bathroom (with tub and fixed shower head) across the hall. There is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.First Floor: There is a large living room with fireplace and a studio with a telephone, fax machine and Internet connection (you must bring your own laptop). The bedrooms on this floor include: 2 twin-bedded rooms, one with an ensuite bathroom (tub with fixed shower head), and the other with a bathroom (tub with fixed shower head) across the hall. There are also three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers. Under the annex is an independent laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer, which serves both the villa and the annex.
