A stairway leads to a balcony and the first floor. Also accessible from the living room is a spacious master bedroom with a queen-sized bed (latex mattress) and double doors opening out onto a terrace. The ensuite bathroom is furnished with an extra large bathtub, shower, bidet, sink, and WC. The spacious kitchen has a large extending table which can seat up to six. The kitchen is well equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, 5-burner gas range, oven, toaster, electric barbecue, and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility pantry area containing a clothes washer and dryer. First Floor: Up the stairs and off the balcony of the living room is a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed (latex mattress). In addition, a small bed can be located on the entrance balcony. The nearby bathroom is equipped with shower, bidet, WC, and sink. From the first floor there is direct access to a terrace on the East side of the villa. An outside stairway provides access to a covered terrace on the South side and a partially covered terrace on the East side. Guests can choose to enjoy sun or shade at any time of day all year round. The Bracciano apartment has radiant floor heating on the ground floor and central heating on the first floor.
