Looking for the ideal Mediterranean experience? Stay in this amazing holiday villa on the Costa Blanca, near Alicante, the central city of the Costa Blanca. Here you'll enjoy the privacy of your own rental villa, newly built in striking modern style, as well as all the pleasures of the coastline. With a history stretching back to the third century, BC, Alicante offers a characteristically Spanish mixture of ancient and modern life. You can tour the mountaintop castle or enjoy the vibrant night life; admire ancient churches or catch a bullfight. What's certain is that everyone will find something to enjoy in the area surrounding this Costa Blanca villa. And everyone, without exception, will love the beaches.

(1500 m2) Completed in 2003, this villa is situated on the south side of a small hill, featuring magnificent architecture and stylish, modern decor. The villa is built with straight lines, huge spaces, and wide windows admitting light into the whole building. At night the garden and property are illuminated with various outdoor lights. The entire front of the villa is glass, offering an incredible view of the sky, sea, and garden. The property enjoys beautiful panoramic views of the sea, Playa San Juan, Playa Muchavista, and the town of Alicante. Outdoor amenities include a terraced garden, a lawn, and numerous covered and open terraces; especially beautiful is the rooftop solarium. Plenty of garden furniture is arranged around the house, and in back you will find a barbecue. The private, chlorine-free swimming pool (4.5m x 17m) has two staircases and a bridge. A car garage is connected to the house, plus one additional parking spot on the grounds.

(450m2) The villa is composed of three floors, connected by a spiral staircase. It is furnished with modern German and Swedish furniture made of natural materials like wood and stone. Warm brown and beige colors stand in contrast to the steel and stone of the house. Modern art by artists such as Picasso and Gustav Klimt adorn the walls. Ground Floor: Here you will step into an open plan living/dining room (130 m2) and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Cuisinart. Living room amenities include a satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo. Doors lead out to the furnished pool terrace. First Floor: A master bedroom with a king-sized bed has an ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. There are also two more large bedrooms: one has a queen-size bed, and the other has a round sofa bed (sleeps 2). There is one full bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. You will also find a built-in office unit with PC, telephone, fax machine, and Internet access. Lower Ground Floor: There is one very large bedroom/sitting room, one bathroom (with toilet, sink, and shower), and one large party/fitness room. Here there is also a washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning in the bedroom. Rooftop: On the rooftop of this villa you will find a large terrace with wonderful views.

This luxurious villa is located in a quiet residential area just outside El Campello, north of Alicante. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all only 500 m away. There are night clubs and casinos in Benidorm. El Campello is a little suburb in the northeast of Alicante. The town has about 25,000 residents, including many from various EU countries. El Campello has a beautiful sandy beach, a nice promenade with cafes and restaurants and many shopping areas. Just minutes away you'll find two golf courses, San Juan and Bonalba. Alicante, nearby, is the most important city of the Costa Blanca. It has about 500,000 residents. Here you will find everything: big shopping malls, a lovely old city center, a thriving night life, a 700-year-old castle, a sandy beach, and a huge yacht harbor where you can rent everything from a small boat to a 20m yacht. There are also lots of opportunities for outdoor activities, including hiking and off-road areas in the outback of El Campello (off-road biking is very popular in the area). Streets are broad, perfect for cyclists, and along the beach there are paths for walking and biking.
