The owner's villa is built around an interior courtyard decorated in Moroccan blue with cascading fountain. The upper floor contains the owners suite, which has a large dome-covered bathroom with fireplace. The private salon leads to a double terrace with domed seating facing both the Atlas and Jebl Ette Mountains. The ground floor has four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and fireplaces, the main salon/TV room, kitchen and dining room all overlooking the courtyard. The garden contains an ornamental pond-shaped pool and shares the facilities of hot tub, hamman and tennis court with the main villa.
