The villa overlooks the whole bay of Kiparissia, situated on the side of a hill with beautiful views of the mountains, the beaches and the sunsets. It has a tropical oasis of a garden, nurtured over many years. There are 6 different terraces on different levels all integrated with a beautiful infinity pool. The house has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms though one bathroom can also work as an extra guest room. There is a very large living area with a small quiet area or study area as well as a kitchen. The equipment of the house is first class with air conditioning, satellite TV, stereo, washing machine, dryer and also telephone and internet connection if requested.

The villa is 11 km outside the market town of Kyparissia, at an approx. elevation of 600 meters. In front lies the sea and beaches and behind are the mountains, a beautiful combination. The city of Kiparissia is an old historical city with ancient walls and a castle. From here the first ship was sent to the Trojan War. It has a very beautiful historical old part of town around the castle. The area has a multitude of archaeological sites including Olympia, Nestor's Palace, Temple of Vasses, Ancient Messinia, Nafplio and many many more. we also offer yoga and massages,you can order this direktly with your booking if you like.we can send you also more information about yoga and maasges.

Habe diese Villa bereits besichtigt und bewohnt und werde dort, so mein Glück, ab April 2009 wohnen. Super für mich mit kleinen Seminaren für Yoga und anderen Workshops hier zu arbeiten.

Kann Euch gleich schon mitteilen das ich mit Seminaren an folgenden Terminen in Villa Magarita ausgebucht bin:

Wir waren nun schon drei mal in dieser wunderbaren villa und werden es wieder tun.was soll man sagen es ist einfach traumhaft und stimmig.sehr zu empfehlen wenn man etwas sehr exclusives moechte.
