The house is located outside of the city on a plateau that gives you a view of the entire Gulf of Kyparissia and the mountains of our green region. It has a very old garden, which is similar to an oasis. In this garden you will find 6 different terraces on different levels and a pool. The house itself has 2 bedrooms, 1 shower bath and 1 bathroom and a very large living room with walled sofas, which offers more sleeping accommodations for 2-3 people with a small annex as a reading and relaxation room where 2 more people can sleep and an open kitchen. The equipment in the house is 'high class' with air conditioning, sat TV, stereo, washing machine, dryer, large American fridge and, if needed, internet, please ask us.***Garden of Eden object.

The house is 11 km outside of the city on a slope, about 350 m above sea level. In the front is the sea and in the back the mountains, a very unusual and rare illustration. The city of Kiparissia is an old historical city with old walls and a castle. This is where the first ship was sent for the Trojans. It has a very beautiful historical old city. The surrounding area also has a lot of archaeological places like Olympia, Nestor grave, Apollo temple, the old Messina, Nafplio and a lot of other ones. Furthermore, we offer yoga and massages, which you can also book directly through us. we would be happy to send you documents as well.

Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Kyparissia, Greece

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The price 1.390.- up to 1.590.-euro is up to 4 people and depens also the month, plus € 180 for utilities. Please ask us if you want more than 4 people. We will then offer you an individual price. On arrival, a security deposit of € 300 must be made. You will receive this back a week after your departure provided no damages are found in the apartment. The house, and the outdoor facilities, must be handed over in a clean condition. Otherwise, we will charge you for the cleaning. For a booking with more than 20 days, we would be happy to provide a discount. Other agreements can only be made through personal agreements.
  • The property is ideal for long-term rentals, whereby there is a different price for this. Please ask me and I will work out an individual price with you. Starting with 3 weeks, there is a discount of 5%, but only on the rental price. We would be happy to provide you with our service, charged on an hourly basis. Please ask us and share your wishes with us.
  • We can also provide baby cots and extra guest beds.

Once a week the pool service comes to the house. We offer different services for a separate payment if needed; like house cleaning, food delivery service, extra pool service, excursion planning and travel accompaniment. The price per week is for a booking with up to 4 people including utilities.
