(150 m2/1,614 ft2) Ground Floor: The front door opens into a large living/dining room with an exposed wood beam ceiling and fireplace, several couches, armchairs, a TV, VCR and stereo. The dining area has a table with seating for six people. A fully-equipped kitchen features two ovens, dishwasher, washing machine and a breakfast table. Above the living room is a loft with an AC unit. The bedroom has a standard double bed (140 cm) which is comfortable for one but cozy for 2! This bedroom has a nice sitting area. There is bathroom with tub and a separate WC. There is also a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), AC unit and a safe. First Floor:< Up several steps is a very nice courtyard entryway equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue. There is one queen-size (160 cm) bedroom with an AC unit and its own bathroom with shower and a separate WC.
