Beautiful 2 story home in terrific community. Home has formal living/dining rooms, large eat-in kitchen and family room with LCD TV. Attention to details like granite counters, stainless appliances, tile floors, 4 reclining seats and so much more.

First floor has separate exercise room, bath with shower, laundry room. Second floor has huge luxurious master suite with jetted tub, and sitting area with LCD TV. Two other bedrooms upstairs share full-sized Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks, shower massager and other quality features.

This spacious home is located on the edge of the beautiful Sonoran desert in Northeast Mesa, Arizona. It is undoubtedly one of the finest places I've ever stayed at, with luxury furnishings and every possible amenity. Great room with big screen, giant and plush bedrooms with super beds, and enough room for a very large family. Fully equipped kitchen, overlooking a resort like back yard with pool, fountain, and golf course just steps away. The golf course is designed by Robert Trent Jones and is one of the best in the state, and there is also a galaxy of terrific biking and hiking trails adjacent to the property. Located in a gated community, the home is very convenient to the 202 freeway and a number of quality restaurants. The home itself is so well furnished and equipped that a week could be spent here without ever having the need to leave the property. It is an absolutely one of a kind property of a caliber rarely found in the rental market.

Phoenix Winter is the best

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hiking trails in the area are very scenic. The Red, White and Brew restaurant nearby serves lots of great food so we ate there often. The house had everything we needed and then some, like the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath and the gorgeous back patio by the pool and fountain. Everything was spotless and obviously well cared for by the owners. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to friends and relatives looking for a warm, cozy, sunny getaway.

This Property Saved my Thanksgiving!

I am a writer from Mesa, Arizona, living in a two bedroom condominium. I really have no need for more living space, as I am single. This year I was thrilled to find out that all of my kids were flying in to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with me. I suppose I could have accommodated them in my place, but most of them would have had to sleep on the floor. I rented a nearby vacation rental from HomeAway that would allow us all adequate room. This lovely home not only served our needs, but exceeded our expectations. Everything was in good working order, the location was convenient to excursions, as it was close to freeway access, the area was tranquil and silent at night, far enough from city lights to display an amazing starlight show in the sky. We could not have been more pleased.
