Great stay

This was our first stay in Vegas, we picked this option because we wanted to have our own space and be away from the crowds. The house was fabulous, the only downside was the pool heater was broken, but with temp. Of 98 and 99, it was refreshing, the owner Kevin was available and helpful.
We rented a car and the location was close to grocery stores and I-215 so access to strip was easy.
We will go back and use this house again. We will recommend it to our friends.

This house is in a great location. The house is very nice and very clean. Plenty of room for everyone. The owner, Kevin, is great to work with as well!

Wonderful stay!

Ah, it was a great stay at this lovely house! Our family of 8 people from 14 years old to 82 years old all enjoyed our stay here. The house is better than the description on the web. It's very new, spacious and immaculately clean, the beds are comfy, and with the 4 bedrooms, we didn't need to use the sofa beds. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything we need. The gas bbq looks very inviting but we didn't have time to use it. Kevin (the owner) and his wife are very nice, are always available to attend to every need we had, and solved them right away. Very happy to get to know them.
We visited the red rock park, which is not far from the house, and did many shopping. The area is very peaceful, with very nice Christmas deco on many houses. The drive to the strip is quite easy, takes about 15 to 20 minutes. There are shops including super market nearby, so we could get some snacks on our way home and snacks away while playing on the pool table.
We stayed here for 4 days only and that went real fast! We'll definitely come back next time in Vegas! I'll recommend this house to my friends and relatives
without hesitation! It's a perfect house for a holiday in Vegas, as you'll have a peaceful rest with very easy access to the city life.
Over all this was a very pleasant experience, and made our holiday in Vegas more enjoyable. Thanks much Kevin!

This Home is AMAZING!!!

My family and I rented this home for a Vegas trip, and i have to say that it was the best trip my family has ever had... and it gets better, the price was perfect!! We were all 100% satisfied!!

The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, office, a pool table area, and a spacious backyard with a pool and Jacuzzi!! All the girls fell in love with the Master bathroom, they all loved it so much that they wanted to sleep inside of there (which they didn't)!! There is enough space in this home to accommodation a big family or large group.

Kevin (the owner) was very nice and clear on everything for the rental. He was also very helpful when we had any questions.

I personally recommend this home to anyone looking to rent a vacation home. This home is Perfect for any occasion!! I will definitely be renting this home again and have already recommended it to all my friends and family!!

Nice and spacious house, pleasant stay

The house is very spacious and clean. It has one big master bedroom, and 3 other bedrooms all with 2 beds. There's a big studio with sofa-bed and foldable beds as well. Perfect for family or group with many people.

The owner couple are very nice and helpful. Everything is taken care of and we enjoyed the stay very much. Would definiftely recommend to all!
