Includes 4 beach passes. Bradley Beach Summer Rental. Home is just 3 years old everything is brand new and in excellent condition. Portable Window air conditioners in each of the three bedrooms with one large unit on the first level in the wall which is more that sufficient, Granite counter tops, high end gas range, stackable washer and dryer, tankless hot water heater, baseboard heat, just 3 houses from the beach with ocean and beach views from the front and rear second story decks off the master and back bedroom.

About Chris Shekian

I own this home with my wife and four small children and we absolutely love it. It is a great town that is extremely kid friendly with great entertainment within walking distance. We often walk to Asbury Park to see the fireworks every Wednesday evening or walk to Belmar all on the boardwalk.

What makes this house unique

New Home, outdoor shower with dressing area, 2 nice size decks with ocean views. Nice size back yard with BBQ. It;s a great place to stay and you wont sacrifice any luxury. The house is great, we love sitting on the front porch eating dinner and drinking wine in the evening while listening to the ocean and feeling the breeze.

There are many things to do in Bradley Beach in the summer, from the ice cream eating contest to many fairs and singing in the gazebo in the evening. We are located just two towns from Belmar to the South and 2 towns from Asbury to the North.

Great 2010 Summer Vacation in beautiful new home

This house was recently built and it was obvious the owner spared no expense. The kitchen was beautiful from the Granite counter tops with large seating around the island to the fully tiled bathrooms and wonderful pebble tiled outdoor shower. But the best part was the ocean views from just outside of the master bedroom with lounge chairs to relax on after the beach. The kids loved the short walk to the ocean and all the activities in close by Asbury Park, Avon, Ocean Grove and Belmar which we walked to right along the boardwalk most nights. Highly recommend and we cant wait to return in the summer of 2011.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
