The pictures say it all! So far the best trip in St.Maarten!

We had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful apartment.Nicely decorated and comfortable,
very private in a gated community. Walk or drive,minutes to local pristine beaches.All shops and amenities are close by.
But most of all, the owner and host Toufiq,certainly made us feel at home.
We were impressed with his constent attention to detail which made our stay
feel like" home away from home".
Our warmest and sincerest thanks to you Toufiq!
We will definately be back and have already recomended this apartment to a
few of our closest freinds.

This is a great place to stay. The photos are accurate and it is as nice as the pictures show. Toufig was great! He was very attentive to our needs and went out of his way to make our stay absolutely wonderful. I could tell he takes great pride in this place and it shows.

It was clean with a lot of privacy in a safe gated area. One thing that impressed me which I didn’t expect was the high quality of the king size bed. It was very comfortable and I slept like a rock. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Wondeful time in St Martin

We spend a very nice time in St Martin. The property was booked very easy and without any complication. The place is great! Very well located, close to all... Beaches, restaurants, casino, supermarket... Toufiq the owner was very caring about us. The first days I was sick and he found some medication, was very considerate about my mother, lovely with my kids... Also, his advise about the island saved us time and effort. He knows it all about St Martin. I mean ALL!
I would strongly reccomend considering this clean, cozy, roomy and well conditioned unit for your holidays. Toufiq... Thank you for all!
