Apartment 301 located at Calle 1, Fortuna, is a NEW renovation and new to the rental market! This 800 square foot, 2 bed, 2 bath condo sits on Fortuna beach with breath taking ocean views from the dining room and direct beach access.

The living room boasts a plasma TV and a new contemporary sofa. The new kitchen is fully functional, equipped with microwave and brand new refrigerator. The range top allows you to make home cooked meals while on vacation so you eat healthy and save tons of money while you're it!

Both bedrooms have views of the El Yunque rain forest, new air conditioners, a window to enjoy the ocean breeze, and great closet space.

The condo is centrally located to many popular destinations. Walk from Fortuna Beach through all five of Luquillo’s famous beaches. Walk to the kioskos and eat at one of the many restaurants. Great Location!

If you are traveling to the Northeast part of Puerto Rico this is the place to stay! Very well priced and the location is near everything you would want to do in Puerto Rico's Northeast area.

Near a wonderful beach, kiosks and a short drive to the rainforest in one direction and a short drive in the other direction to Farjado to take the ferry to Culebra, tours to Icacos, etc.

Another huge plus to this place is Courtney Leonard! She was so helpful in planning our trip and giving us advice once we arrived.

Being spoiled with my Tempurpedic bed it was a rough adjustment to the King bed in this place, but with all there is to do in this part of Puerto Rico the place was totally perfect for our trip and we saved so much money staying here than in a high priced resort.

Well kept, fully furnished and comes with a helpful person only a phone call away!

Thank you for a wonderful week in Puerto Rico!

Beautiful breezes and tranquil sounds

We traveled with friends to PR for the first time. It was a fabulous experience. The condo is located so close to so many activities and beautiful beaches. The sound of waves and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. February in PR was truly paradise.

The condo was nicely appointed and well maintained. We enjoyed the provided supplies and amenities. The description of the condo and photos were very helpful in making the choice for where to stay. Courtney was very helpful to us during our stay providing cleaning/laundry service as well as giving us great recommendations.

We can't wait to head back to this condo and PR! Our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Everybody enjoyed our time and the condo was very upset that we had to leave.

Do you love the sound of crashing waves?

This condo is a great find. The rhythmic sound of the waves right off the balcony was hypnotic and relaxing and the view of the bay and sun and moon were beautiful. The condo had everything we needed and Courtney was an excellent hostess getting us set up and also meeting our timeline to hand off keys at departure.
The state beach is just down the road for beach activities. You can walk there although we preferred to drive. Parking is a mere $4.28, and $1 will get you access to clean latrines and showers for the day. There is also a cantina there for beverages and treats. You can rent chairs for $5 and umbrella for $10. So for $30 a day we got tanned and relaxed and then we drove to the Kioskos for dinner on the way back home.
Ralph’s Supermarket on the way from San Juan has all you need to get stocked up for your vacation and there is a Walmart just past the condo in Fajardo. Both were excellent recommendations by the owners and Courtney.
The area is overall scenic and island urban. Dogs, cats, chickens running around and the friendly dogs will come say hello on the beach. Which is nice if you are missing your own!
