All that you expect in a vacation home and more. In true Hawaiian style, the main living area is on the top floor. In this great room you will enjoy views of the mountain waterfalls and the ocean. Beautiful hardwood floors and Tommy Bahama furniture add to the upscale island feel. The chefs kitchen has an island with bar stools so everyone can join in the food preparation. There is a lanai off this living space were you can enjoy a drink and watch the sunset over the Ocean. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, huge master bath with large tub and open air shower. The other two island bedrooms have queen size beds and share a large Jack and Jill bath. The Basement is the perfect kid’s domain, 2 twin beds, and large comfy couch, TV and game plus it’s own bathroom. Basement opens to a large tropical backyard.
About Cindy or Stuart

Stuart and I were both born and raised in California. We traveled to the island of Kauai many time before we bought this house. The island is such a special place we never wanted to leave. That is why we purchased this house for our future retirement. We have 5 grown children, 4 married and one serving in the US Army. The joy of our lives is our 7 amazing grandchildren. Our family loves this place, there is just something special about this island.

Stuart and I love this island so much we wanted to be able to live here as much as possible and in our future make it our retirement home. Until the time we can retire we want to share this slice of heaven on earth with others who want to experience this magical place.

What makes this house unique

This is a custom built home in a quite neighborhood. We can spend hours on the lanai enjoying the views.

We stayed in this beautiful house in Kauai and it was by far the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation I have ever taken! The house is not only gorgeous, but modern, luxurious and very comfortable! I would highly recommend it to anybody that is planning a trip to Kauai
