This contemporary 3 bedroom 2 bathroom waterfront vacation home is located in prestigious Tahoe Keys, a private waterfront community. This location offers magnificent views of the waterway, Mt. Tallac and the Heavenly Valley Ski area. The living area is upstairs with an open kitchen and living room and fantastic views. In the living room is a large sectional couch, wood burning fireplace, TV, entertainment system and a large deck over looking the waterway. The deck features a patio table and chairs and 2 chaise lounges. There is also a propane BBQ on the deck.

Also upstairs: Two bedrooms; one with a king-size bed, T.V. and deck; the other featuring a full-size bed and a single bed and also has a deck. A full bathroom is located upstairs. Plenty of closet space is available.

Located downstairs: The Master suite has a king-size bed, TV, and a tub in the master bath. The downstairs den features a pool table, fireplace and wet bar with TV/DVD. Washer/dryer.

The spa is located on the back deck with a beautiful view of the waterfront and large lawn area. Enjoy the many amenities including a private boat dock, large lawn area for games or picnics on the waterway, great walking access to the beach, and quick waterway access from the dock to ''big water'' and Lake Tahoe. Two-car garage access is located downstairs as well.

At Tahoe Keys you will have access to an Olympic size heated indoor pool, spa, and gym. Also in the summer, you can enjoy the private beach, 7 tennis courts, and outdoor pool.

Other activities such as boating, water skiing, sailing, wind surfing, parasailing, paddle boat tours, golfing, horseback riding, hiking, cycling and casinos are only minutes away. Other nearby attractions include Emerald Bay, Vikingsham Castle, Cave Rock, and many more.

Excellent vacation rental

A group of 7 of us stayed for a 3-night weekend in this home. We had a wonderful time and found it to be a great base for our activities. Everything was in good operating condition and consistent with the description on the site. The house was clean, spacious, and well laid out. The pool table was a major plus for our group, as was the hot tub and fenced yard for the dog. The owners were easy to work with. All in all, this was a great place and we'd be happy to return to it in the future.

This is an excellent excellent rental. This house is large but yet has a very cozy and comfortable feel. Very well furnished, not with cheesy rental furniture but with nice and comfortable furnishing. Nice jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, though we didn't try to use it. Hot tub on the lower deck. Nice view in the back. I've stayed at a few places in Tahoe and this is my favorite. The landlord seem to be very nice people as well and was very easy to work with. Highly recommended!! Will be staying there again.
