You will have the chance to enjoy an absolutely stunning Villa, just 200m from one of the most excellent Portuguese beaches.

Perfect for large families or groups. Remarkable, with a modern design and lots of natural light, huge areas, beautiful gardens, large private swimming pool and outstanding decoration.

The Villa is equipped with all modern fixtures you would expect in a recently modernized Villa. Digital cable TV, wireless internet, recently equipped kitchen with integrated Microwave (2 units), hob, oven (2 units), fridge and washing machine, clothes dryer, dish-washing machine (2 units). Draft beer machine, ice machine, etc… 5 queen size suites. 1 suite with 2 single beds. 2 huge suites, one with 12 bunk beds and the other with 8 bunk beds. Amazing 130m living room, with great garden views, snooker table and a dining table for 24 persons. Play room with table tennis, another snooker and football table. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and heating equipment.

You’ll find tennis and soccer courts on a walking distance (400m). Supermarket is 500m distance. Just park your car and forget it until the end of your stay. If you play Golf, can´t miss the Course at 2km from home! If you enjoy gambling, can´t miss the cozy “Troia Casino”, just 5 minutes driving distance! Known for its lovely weather, it will make you want to enjoy Troia’s microclimate throughout the year! Don´t miss the dolphin's watch, the biggest wild family of dolphins in Portugal. You will also find family and charming restaurants (on the beach or mainland) that will make you want to repeat again and again the local food experience (made of mainly fish). You'll have everything to an idyllic vacation!
