As you travel up the hill and through the gated entrance you immediately know that you will love it here. The beautiful tropical setting on private acreage is lush and well maintained with breezes that are constant.

The kitchen, living room, and dining areas have vaulted ceilings with fans and air conditioning. There is a butler’s pantry/laundry room for provisions, convenience, and storage.
The brand new cooks kitchen, with breakfast bar is equipped with all full size stainless steel appliances. Enjoy gas stove, full size oven and a full size Refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker and dishwasher… truly a gourmet’s delight!
The al fresco dining room is just off the kitchen where you will find a propane grill, if you would prefer to cook some meals table side. Everything is in place to prepare for family celebrations, or romantic dinners for two.
The living room, with work nook is attractively appointed and pleasingly decorated. Enjoy a movie, good conversation, or a spirited game of the local favorite, Dominos.

The delightful dipping pool and intimate veranda face Sun Bay and the National Wildlife refuge…an ideal spot for both morning sunrises and star-filled evenings.
The master suite includes a walk in closet and a private fully tiled bath with direct access to the open air shower area.
French doors open to a master patio/sun deck with lovely views. The second bedroom also has a walk in closet with a full bath off the living room. Both sleeping accommodations have new comfortable queen size mattresses with fine linens, quality pillows, fluffy white towel sets and are air-conditioned.
The Casita Cerromar’s location is ideal for walking, or short excursions to some of the most enchantingly beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Playa Negrita (Black Sand Beach) and the beaches of Esperanza are with in walking distance.
Playa Grande, and Sun Bay are a 5-10 minute drive.
With in 15 minutes you will reach the entrance to the southern beaches with in the Wildlife Refuge, including Caracas (Red Beach) and Bahia de la Chiva (Blue Beach).
