Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Year-round: Aug 1- May 31 $1200 week - $3990 monthly
  • Please email us for an accurate quote. Holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's are a little more. With stays over two weeks there is a mandatory cleaning fee of $75.00 per cleaning, home to be cleaned every two weeks. Extra cleaning and linen service during your stay is available upon request at an additional charge Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. These times are rarely flexible, as we have other guests coming in. We will try to be as flexible as possible, but may not be able to accommodate requests for changes. Pricing will be negotiable beyond a 30-day stay and will depend upon the length of the stay. We prefer to rent for a minimum of one week. However, during the slow season we may consider shorter stays. Please feel free to inquire. Cleaning fee is non-refundable.
