About Cyntia Rodriguez (Manager)

We are the Christoffel family from Southern Alberta Canada: Shirley, her two sons Chad and James, and her brother Dale. Myself, Chad, have been going to the Dominican Republic for 6 years and am now a permanent resident there. Shirley, James and Dale all visit on a yearly basis and enjoy getting away from the cold winters of Canada.

Six years ago I took an all inclusive package to the Dominican Republic (my last all inclusive trip ever) I loved it so much I decided to move there for two years. During this time I managed a bar/restaurant in Puerto Plata as well as operated a night excursion for tourists. The island became my addiction but unfortunately I had run out of resources to support my lifestyle. It was then I made the decision to move back to the Oil and Gas industry in Canada to save up some real money to invest. Three years later my mother, brother, uncle and I bought this beautiful condo in the middle of paradise. Of all the places in the Dominican this is definitely one of my favorites. The topography is so diverse and the people are amazing but lets not forget about the beaches! We took over the title in December of 2008 after completion and spent nearly a month decorating and furnishing to our liking. We didn’t just want to buy a rental property we wanted something we could enjoy and call our home, away from home! We hope you can enjoy the fruits of our labor during your stay!

What makes this condo unique

We offer one of the most spacious condos in the area. Our two floor plan layout also gives our guests a little more privacy when wanted. Another great feature is our location. We are situated in the middle of all the amenities you need, all within walking distance. We have put a lot of time and effort into decorating and making sure everything you need is in the apartment.
