Stephen Pass purchased this townhome in 2006
Interesting architectural design, solid construction. Small private 12 townhome community, great central location.
Lovely olive tree arching over the front gate and unique interior design features unlike most condos and townhomes in Tucson.
My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks in Feb/Mar 2014. This lovely, spacious, peacefully decorated home was the perfect base for our wanderings all over Tucson and points further South. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, with a Safeway nearby. Not only was the house clean and modern, it also had everything one could possibly think of needing - extraordinary! We very highly recommend this place and we would return in a second.
My wife and I stayed in this townhouse for 4 months while I was a visiting scholar at the University of Arizona.
It is a only a short walk/ride from the UofA and well located near supermarkets and shops, and is in a quiet neighbourhood.
The property is clean and well maintained and has all you need for either a short or longer term stay. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a washer and dryer, heating and cooling, a hot tub and the rooms are very spacious.
We found the owner extremely professional and easy to deal with.
I could not recommend this property more highly and if I were returning to Tucson in the future I would certainly try to stay here again.
In Historic/Charming Sam Hughes District, Central located near, U of A, Downtown, restaurants, theater, cinema, museums, cafes, bars, art galleries, shopping. Walk to neighborhood grocery, restaurant and bars.
