Walk out from the patio to the walk street just a few houses from the famous strand where you can go for a bike ride or a stroll. A short walk away is downtown Manhattan Beach with it's pier, park, cafes, restaurants, bars, markets and trendy shops'

Conveniently located close to LAX (15 mins.) or the 405 (7 mins.), the Getty Museum in 25 mins., Downtown Los Angeles in 25 mins., or Disneyland in 45 mins.
