Cozy Cottage 8 Minutes from Downtown Asheville and Biltmore Estate

When I book vacation places to stay my gauge (and determining factor of whether I'm going to enjoy the next few days) is my wife's initial reaction to the property when we arrive. When I opened the door for the first time she walked in and started admiring the lay out and cleanliness of the property (smelled like fresh laundry). From clean hardwoods, high ceilings, the 4' x 4' skylight that is perfect for watching falling rain, snow, or star gazing from bed, and the spring fed brook just outside this was the epitome of relaxation. Also, the cabin is maybe 1 or 2 exits from Asheville. Patty laid out all the menus and information she could find, and even offered us two tickets to the Biltmore.
Overall we had a great stay. We thought we were taking chance with the low advertized rate - but we were not disappointed at all. Patty was an excellent host and we will keep this one on our list of places to return during our travels~

Cozy Cottage is the perfect name for this amazing place. From the minute we arrived until we had to leave 3 days later we loved this place. Literally it was 10 miles or less to downtown asheville, less to the Asheville mall. Location was absolutely perfect. Truly this cottage was a gem to find. We also brought our 2 dogs and they loved it,wild ducks,turkeys surrounded us every morning,the beautiful pond. We all can not wait to return back..

With the Blue Ridge parkway only a mile away and the Biltmore only 10 minutes up the road, this was the perfect place to stay. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the cottage. Everything is up to date and the owner was very helpful with all of our needs. I would suggest this Cozy Cottage to anyone that is travling to the ashville area. Shannon Lawrence
