The cottage is ideal for a family or three couples who want a quiet retreat. It offers a base for hikes or climbs on Mt. Kenya, mountain biking, fly fishing, visits to nearby game reserves (Solio, Sweetwaters) and the Abedares. Nanyuki town offers tennis and golf at the Nanyuki Sports Club.

2 bedrooms each with 2 attached single beds (which makes a king or can be separated to two singles)

Tented Camp. A few metres from the cottage, here is a spacious 4 M x 4M tent, with two single beds that can be combined to make a king. Attached, there is a bathroom with toilet and sink, 2M x 4M.

The property is located 2 km west of the main north-south road leading to Nanyuki from Nairobi. During the wet season, a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended. There is a mix of Kenyan and expatriate neighbours in the area.
