Experience Austin in style with a very spacious house right in the heart of town.

100+ year old craftsman home built in around 1911. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths: swimming pool with hot-tub and deck, 1/4 wrap around porch that feels secluded, an elevator to the second floor... This house will speak to you. There is plenty of space for privacy even with multiple people in the house. The kitchen has new appliances and there is a washer and dryer on site. We have internet access and most cable channels(premium).

Why Patrick Husband chose Austin

If Austin were a monopoly board game, this house would be on 'Boardwalk,' Walking distance to 6th street, the Capital building, The University of Texas(great house for UT football games), and a short drive to everything else even during traffic hours. It's truly awesome. Its a one-of-a-kind craftsman home with built in cabinets and antique stained glass windows that color the sun. If you want atmosphere this house has got it to the nines.

What makes this house unique

So many new homes out there are what you would call cookie cutter. Not this house. This house was built with pride and care and you will notice this when you stay here. The woodwork is unparalleled and gives such a warmth and radiates great vibes. I've never felt the way I feel in this house with any other man-made structure. 'They don't build them like this anymore.' Multiple people will be able to find a private space.

Walking Distance to 6th street. Very Close to SXSW and ACL. Great location that feels private and spacious.
