Deluxe Living on Beautiful Beach with Spectacular Cape Cod Bay Views

The site consists of approximately 1.5 acres and over 250 feet of beach frontage directly on Cape Cod Bay in an area known as Provincetown Bay. The beach has been well maintained with approximately 100 feet of sand and beach grass separating the high water mark from the buildings.

Spacious immaculate deluxe beach side rental that is brand new in 2013. 840 square foot unit. View large expansive waterviews while dining, lounging on a comfortable large sofa or reading in bed.

Fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. Bathroom is tiled decor with double sink marble vanity, jet tub/shower and separate shower.

2 queen bedrooms. Outside exclusive use deck. Numerous windows lookout at the expansive Cape Cod Bay. Flat Screen TVs in living area and each bedroom.

Washer and dryer. A/C and WiFi throughout. Large closets for storage.

Home is right on the P-town shuttle route; step out the door and hop a ride to P Town.

Enjoy Ptown: fabulous dining, great clubs, beautiful beaches, art galleries, sailing, kayaking, biking the streets or great nearby National Seashore trails. Local rentals for bikes, boats, and kayaks. About Jane Donoghue

I am the rental manager and live next door to the beautiful Shoreline Beach property. I retired from corporate life working in windowless conference rooms to live in this beautiful area. I operate a property management business, Cape End Property Management LLC, and enjoy assisting property owners in Truro and Provincetown.

Shoreline Beach Rentals is a family business. The current owner took over in the 1980s as a successful motel. Recently, the motel rooms style was gutted and rebuilt as brand new condominium units. It is gorgeous location and each unit is in sparkling new condition. It is a pleasure to match this rental with guest inquiries.

We had a million dollar view. We could lay in our beds and watch the sun set over Provincetown, or listen to the tides come in and the tides go out….a panoramic view that only God himself could have thought of.

We love mid August as the weather is perfect and it is Carnival week in Provincetown. …enjoy the spectacular Bay views and sunsets from our room. The beautiful private beach is just steps away from our room. Nothing beats a long leisurely walk on this beautiful shore line. We have ventured back during off season as well and our visits have all ways been the best.”

“GREAT THINGS: Right on the beach...hear the ocean day and evening, skip P'town beaches $15 daily fee; see the stars at night. Easy parking....also on route to P'town; pick up town bus right outside your door and not pay P'town outrageous parking fees. Have cookouts on the beach. Great views of the large dunes across the road and of P'town across the bay. The thing that makes this place attractive and get an above average rating is location, location, location!”
“It's right on the bay with cool breezes and a wonderful view of Provincetown. The terrace is a good size to sit outside and read while listening to the bay.”

“We were on the second floor, which was great for the views up & down the
beach as well as the water, passing boats, and kayakers, and the impeccable Provincetown horizon, day & night. Sunsets are spectacular too! I'm glad we brought binoculars this time to check out the whale watch ships & The Bay Lady II schooner out on the bay.”
