This home is a secluded home in Atlantic Beach, one of the older communities and only steps to the ocean. Take an early morning stroll or a late night walk. We've walked at midnight with the beach to ourselves. Our beautiful beach house is exceptionally comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The 'Yellow Dove' is removed from the typical hustle and bustle of commercialized beaches, yet only minutes away from shops, restaurants, golf, tennis, fishing, and water sports. It's a very safe street and the home is secure with ADT security visible and surveillance cameras outside. Never rented before. Our desire is to have a select group of mature respectful vacationers, 30 and older, who enjoy returning again and again to a special home away from home. The new SkyWheel is a 200 foot high Ferris wheel that just opened on Ocean Avenue in downtown Myrtle Beach. It is said to be among the largest in the world. There are zoos, an aquarium (with a dozen species of sharks!), science and curiosity exhibits and museums for family entertainment. Surfside Beach and Garden City both offer amusement parks the kids will really enjoy.
For a combination of art, culture and nature there is Brookgreen Gardens. This 9,000 acre park exhibits one of the largest collections of sculpture by American artists in the world. The manicured lawns with walkways and pools beautifully enhance these spectacular works of art.
Restaurants are everywhere, with options for every taste and budget. Just about every cuisine in the world seems to be represented. Seafood is, of course, the staple, there are a large selection of places to get all you want. Murrell’s Inlet says it’s the Seafood Capital of South Carolina, and boasts a long row of highly regarded seafood restaurants to prove it.

If you’re not worn out yet from sunbathing, choose from live popular music, professionally produced stage shows, and “tribute” acts that pay homage to the legends of popular music, playing “oldies” that are sure to bring back memories. There are also a number of sushi bars for the eclectic taste just a couple of blocks from the house.
There's ample parking with a 3 car covered porch area and a back yard for grilling. Must be 30 years of age to rent. Prefer older more settled guests. Guests are required to obtain a $49.00 accidental damage insurance policy at www.propertydamageprotection.com through home away. Policy is waived after the first stay with us. We encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible for best selection with a deposit to hold reservation. This home has never been rented and owner would like to continue renting with guests who want a home away from home. Owner will provide you with a rental agreement by mail or fax. Treat it like your own and keep coming back with special discounts and offers just for you and your guests after the first stay. There is an elevator used only in emergencies or if you are disabled because of the unfortunate costliness of maintaining the elevator. Please do not use the elevator if you have curious children. This elevator is very expensive to maintain.
This home backs up to Windy Hill but is actually in Atlantic Beach. This is a very nice and safe street. It is not as crowded as other streets, but if you want action, it's just a few blocks away. All the locals know this is the best beach in Myrtle Beach because it is not as crowded.
