1 1/2 Bdrm 1 Bath with contemporary furnishings & gourmet kitchen

A lovely ground floor mid-century condominium with covered patio and parking in a very quiet neighborhood. Completely and tastefully redone in 2005 including the kitchen. Large outdoor patio with gas grill and furniture for entertaining and comfort. The bedroom has a top quality queen size bed and plenty of storage space. An enjoyable 9-hole, par 3 golf course surrounds the complex. Property amenities include heated swimming pool and tennis court.

We fell in love with Borrego Springs and the Anza Borrego Desert; and after visiting for 4 years from Orange County, we found a place that we could call our weekend home. We both love to cook and entertain so the kitchen re-do and patio became a priority for both of us. Now living in Charlotte, NC it has been hard to enjoy our place in Borrego as much as we did while in CA So for this season, we are renting it for the first time. This condo is fully furnished... really wants for nothing... For entertaining overnite guests there are most always similar units available, so it is a great place to invite your friends and family to come visit.

We love the 'Circle' because it has arguably the nicest landscape of any place in Borrego. The location is only 5 minutes from the village of Borrego Springs, but as quiet as one could ever imagine. We both love the outdoors... Cycling, Hiking Motorcycling and 4-wheeling are things we love and Borrego is an ideal place to enjoy all those things. very little traffic makes for great cycling and riding the twisties on motorcycles up to Mt. Palomar for coffee or lunch. Terrific Cycling routes abound in Borrego... from the easiest to the most challenging. Training for top pro cycling teams in the Spring has become routine. Some routes climb as much as 8,000 feet in a 90 mile ride.

Plenty of snowbirds come to Borrego in the Winter and Spring as the temperatures are quite ideal.. Like so much of CA, the summer months are quite hot but attract many Europeans that love Borrego just like they do Death Valley. Hot for sure... but very very dry...

What makes this condo unique

When the sun goes over the mountain in the west in late afternoon.. the views are terrific as is the temperature. The patio is always ready. The front of the condo has two huge oak trees that make for a shady place to sit in the early afternoon. For golfers that want more than 9 holes, there is a lovely 18 hole course just one block away. with easy access to the mountain town of Julian there is plenty to do and see both mountains and desert are beautiful.

Fall Winter and Spring time in the Anza Borrego Desert are the most beautiful times to be there... In the Spring...Desert flowers are usually covering the desert floor and attracts artists and visitors from all over the world . Borrego is the scene of many archeological digs and other historical events. Within 10 miles of the village are historical findings that go back thousands of years.. Hundreds of miles of Jeep roads exist in the Desert for street legal vehicles. Hiking trails from easy to challenging.

The temperatures from November to April are mild to warm in the days, and cool nites, with the occasional snowfall visible on the mountain tops.

Guests are welcome to use anything that is there.. There is an enclosed outside storage area that is secure and ideal for bicycles, golf clubs and other recreational equipment. Complete Spa Services are located just one block away. Golf carts (not electric) are provided for golfers at the onsite 9 hole golf course. Highly regarded 18 hole golf course is just one block away with reasonable rates. Excellent Restaurant/Bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with beautiful mountain views is also just one block away. An additional Den / office is located inside the unit which has a sofa / single bed, Patio includes free standing wood burning Weber fireplace.
