About Kathy

We have owned this relaxing retreat at Cape Sound for 2 1/2 years now. We absolutely love the quaint coastal community of Fernandina/Amelia Island! We live approximately one hour away in Jacksonville and unfortunately with our busy schedules we are unable to use our vacation home as much as we would like so why not let it generate some income for us? We had a wonderful experience recently on a vacation to Pacific Grove, CA thanks to the Homeaway website! So here we go!

historical Fernandina and Amelia Island Plantation are only 8 mins. by car. The Jacksonville Airport only approx. 30mins.
