3 Bedroom House 3 minutes from Lleras

12-7-12 Third bathroom Completed so all bedrooms have there own bathroom.

12-20-12 Brand New outside bar completed.

Viscaya is Located right above the Parque Lleras area. This three bedroom house has a huge terrace, brand new kitchen, and three bedrooms. Every room has a Flat screen and Telemex cable and wifi. Washer and dryer, safes in every bedroom. There are few neighbors here, you have a remote control gate to your property. This is a perfect spot for 3 people or 3 couples. Taxis down to Lleras are about 2.00 dollars. BBQ and sitting with friends on the terrace is the highlight of this house.

This has the perfect amount of privacy and outside space. The temperature here is about 4 degrees colder then the valley. So its always so comfortable here at night. Friends outside, with music and BBQ equals for a wonderful vacation.

What makes this condo unique

outside space, private gate, neighbor to one side is a office and leaves at 5pm.
