We recently rented this property for a week long vacation with our family and friends in Fort Lauderdale. Everyone was exceptionally pleased with this home. It is located in a prime beach area (many private homes) along the coast right across from the beach. Although there was traffic on the road in front of the house, it was a peaceful place to relax. Access to the beach was a short distance away. The sea wall was being worked on at the time. Other than the presence of some large vehicles, there was little noise from the project (which will be done soon I am told.) The manager of the property (Mico) could not have been nicer. He was really sweet and kind. He answered calls quickly and made sure we knew how to operate everything. This house has a gourmet kitchen with many amenities, plenty of cookware, condiments and cooking supplies. They even had little soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms like a hotel. Towels were plentiful and the house was spotless. Everyone was overwhelmed by the size of their bedrooms. The theater room was a big hit with the surround sound system and the family room has 5 TVs for viewing 3 shows at time - great for the sports enthusiast. I would highly recommend this home. It's about as close to the beach as you can get in a private home in Fort Lauderdale. There are bike rental places nearby and a state park. Shopping is nearby too along with plenty of restaurants within a short driving distance.
