MODERN LUXURY APARTMENT OVERLOOKING RAMBLA DEL RAVAL

L’appartement de la Rambla del Raval est fraîchement rénové avec goût, est très fonctionnel et confortable. C’est un pied-à-terre idéal pour découvrir la magnifique ville de Barcelone. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité de cafés, bars, restaurants, épiceries, pâtisseries, boutiques et de la cinémathèque catalane. Le quartier dans lequel il est situé est intéressant car, sans être au coeur du quartier touristique (avec les inconvénients que ça peut comporter), on peut s’y rendre à pied en peu de temps. Le métro et l’autobus sont aussi à proximité, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Même si la Rambla del Raval est une avenue très animée, l’insonorisation supérieure des portes donnant sur l’extérieur nous permettait de nous couper complètement du bruit venant de la rue lorsque nous le désirions. Un superbe appartement situé dans un quartier que nous recommanderions chaudement à nos amis.

The apartment of the Rambla del Raval is newly renovated with taste, is very functional and comfortable. This is an ideal pied-à-terre to discover the beautiful city of Barcelona. We particularly enjoyed the nearby cafes, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, pastry shops, boutiques and Catalan cinematheque. The neighborhood in which it is located is interesting because, without being at the heart of the tourist district (with the drawbacks this may have), it’s nonetheless walking distance to it. The metro and buses are also nearby, making excursions easy. Although the Rambla del Raval is a lively avenue, the superior soundproofing of the exterior doors allowed us to completely cut the noise from the street when we wanted. A superb apartment in a neighborhood that we highly recommend to our friends.
