This spacious home is located just minutes from downtown Dunedin. There you will find charming gift and antique shops, world class restaurants and numerous pubs and nightclubs. Close to both Clearwater Beach and historic Honeymoon Island. You are two miles from Grant Park,and Dunedin is home to the Toronto Blue Jays spring training camp. Inside you'll have a full kitchen with all of the amenities to cook any meal of your choosing. Three spacious bedrooms all have new mattresses for your comfort. All rooms have been painted and redone. There's also a washer and dryer for your convenience. The large, open living area has an overstuffed couch and easy chair. Television, PS3 (with Netflix) and DVD provides complete entertainment. Wireless internet lets you send photos to your loved ones.

We provide beach chairs, towels and a cooler for your day at the beach as well as a few toys for the kids..

We bought this house last year and have spent the last 10 months completely refurbishing the home. In a few years, this will be our winter home, so please share with us and take advantage while you can!

What makes this house unique

We've visited the clearwater area for years. Recently, a friend moved to Palm Harbor. While on our way to visit, we drove through Dunedin and were smitten! The quaint downtown, the scenic marina and the proximity to Honeymoon Island make Dunedin truly unique in central Florida

Spent a month in this lovely home this winter and our only regret is that we didn't have another month ?. Location is central to everything. LOVED the many parks and trails in the area. The home was clean and has everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable. Thanks Paula and Phil.

who is looking for a nice, clean and cheap place close to the bay area and beach (within 15min), I would recommend this house, nearby the Dunedin downtown area. We enjoyed our new year's with some nice BBQ in their backyard. it's a really cool place for a really good price and everything went smooth with the owner...

all you need to have some good time with your friends or family :)

We stayed over the new years's weekend to celebrate NYE under the sun and the property in Dunedin gave us the perfect opportunity to do so. It is in a good price range and very close to Dunedin downtown and bay area. Also the next beach is only about 10min by car away. The house was clean and friendly, we found all we need to cook a nice dinner and enjoyed new year's eve with a nice bbq in the backyard..for everyone, who is looking for something cheap, but good, I can recommend this place.
