This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is located in West Bradenton, only a short drive to Florida´s most beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island.

It offers an oversized solar heated pool in a tropical and very private setting.

The home is completely updated, with new kitchen and master bath and all new furniture and equipment, including a 47' 3D TV in living room.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a lower full and an upper twin.

Dining area has sliding glass doors that open to the beautiful backyard with an oversize solar heated pool. The backyard is completely fenced in for ample privacy.

We came with our family in september to that place to make a 3 weeks vacation. At first we have a 5 star contact with family weiss. They managed the house, they showed us everything in the house they where very friendly and helpful. We were the first tenants after the house was completly remodeled. So everything was brand new, beginning from the TV to the washer/dryer to the BBQ-grill, really everything. We also enjoyed the big solarheated pool, it was a pleasure to swim in that beautiful warm water or sitting in the sun near the pool. Also the surrounting area is nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. On evening time after a short walk we often went to downtown area of Bradenton, where we find nice bars and restaurants. To the next shopping centers it's a short car ride and also to the beaches of Anna Maria Island it take only a few minutes more. So we could definitely say that we enjoyed every day from our holidays, and we have booked that house again for 2 weeks in November 2013
