Nordic Woods is the perfect family retreat for those looking for a truly unique and memorable experience. This beautiful home has quality furnishings, a fabulous floor plan and a lovely natural setting. Large windows throughout the great room and dining area create an irresistible temptation to take a walk in the beautiful pine forest. During the day, the home and surrounding property offers plenty of sunshine. At night, while relaxing in the hot tub with a full moon illuminating a freshly fallen snow, you could swear it was daytime. The kitchen includes granite counter tops, breakfast counters with two bar stools and is equipped with everything you need to put together a gourmet holiday meal. In the winter, the adults might choose to enjoy quietly relaxing by the fireplace while the kids play shuffle board downstairs in the recreation room. In the summer, barbequing on the deck is a popular activity to enjoy the scenery and comfortable patio furniture. The town of Truckee, in which the home is located, is the most charming of all the small towns surrounding Lake Tahoe. Nordic Woods is truly the place the best family vacations are made of.
