My husband and I have visited the Cape Coral area on many occasions and fell in love with the area. It is so relaxing and the beaches are beautiful!

After looking at almost 50 properties in the area, we fell in love with our current home. It has a spectacular view and 'Home, Sweet, Home' feel. The view of the canal from the patio is priceless.

Do you enjoy boating? Our home offers a 10,000 boat lift. There are many places in the area to rent a boat and you can dock in it in the back yard! Plus, we are a very quick 5 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect!!!

It was a perfect stay!

The house matches exactly the pictures. It's all new and in best condition. All the equipment we needed was there. The air condition works well, reliable and without making any noise. Another perfect thing is the electrical pool heating.

The neighbourhood is quite, although it's just 5 minutes to the next supermarkets, pharmacies and other shops.

The owner, Robin, and the guy from the property management, Florian, were very friendly. Although there was not a single problem during our stay, we're sure that they would have solved it!

All in all you can rent this house without risk, just look at the photos and the description and your half way there.

We will definitely come back when we stay the next time in Florida.

Do we really have to leave?

My daughter surprised me with my first trip to FL. I had expected a hotel and had no idea that we would be staying at this lovely home. It was just perfect for our mother-daughter bonding time!

Everything you could possibly imagine and more is included. The view from the patio (or deck) was just beautiful and so relaxing. Each morning we woke up and enjoyed our breakfast on the patio by the pool.

The small beach was just minutes away and we really enjoyed a quick bite of lunch at the grill. We were even lucky enough to catch a glimpse of 2 dolphins playing alongside the dock. What a great site! We drove to a larger beach, Sanibel, which was approximately 15-20 minutes away and well worth the drive. Just be cautious of the no parking signs that are selectively placed. 8) The beach was so blue and clean. Plus, there were shells everywhere.

Each night we selected a new restaurant for dinner and really enjoyed our evening at Rumrunners…waterfront, live music and some good frosty beverages. 8) There are so many places that are convenient, we just ran out of time.

This was by far the best vacation ever and I would highly recommend staying here. It’s a great place to relax and you have access to you own private paradise. I think my daughter has already booked our return trip.

Regretting that I had to leave…

I want to live in this house!

We stayed in Robin's house for Spring Break and it was a wonderful experience. We had never been to Cape Coral but now would love to live there. The neighbourhood was lovely....quiet and friendly neighbours with all conveniences within a short drive. The house was so comfortable and well-appointed. The beds were a dream and the best feature was how the back of the house opened up to the screened in pool area. In the morning, we would open up all the doors and enjoy breakfast on the pool deck. It was so nice being right on the canal as well...added to the ambiance. The owners have included a fantastic TV package with lots of movies and TV channels to watch after a day in the sun. I travel a lot and rent many vacation homes and this one is the best I've ever rented. There really is nothing I could even suggest to improve. Robin was excellent to deal with...very prompt and attentive. The pictures are accurate and really don't even do the property justice. You won't be disappointed renting this house! I can't wait to go back. Thanks again Robin for a wonderful holiday!

Wonderful vacation home

Home is nicely furnished and kitchen is well equiped. Nice neighbor and comfortable neighborhood. We enjoyed our one month stay and would highly recommend this rental. Beautiful view from the patio.

Also, Florian from rental agency was very helpful for any issues that developed, even during the weekend.

Fantastic stay in paradise!

What a wonderful home! It was exactly what my family needed. The location is perfect...it's tucked away on a quiet street that very close to everything. We absolutely loved that we could walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. If we didn't want to do anything we just sat out back at the dock or hung out in the pool. There was something for everyone. The house was very comfortable and looks like it was recently updated.
